Yes? I don't think they've ever used anything but that and they shouldn't either.

Surprised at how good Russia were, but I guess they more than anyone are an unknown due to not playing any qualifiers.

I think the opposition made them look better than they were, though I see second place as more of a toss up between them and Egypt than I did before the game.

Nah, always been GD in my lifetime! Head-to-head works better in a round robin system if you've play each other more than once.  GD encourages attacking play!
