NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Saturday that Pittsburgh Steelers' wideout Martavis Bryant is facing a yearlong suspension for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse, per a source informed of his situation. The league has not yet officially ruled on Bryant's fate, but the receiver plans to appeal if he's suspended, Rapoport was told.

California has a much more pro-employee stance when it comes to things like worker's comp claims, so they were trying to avoid their contracts being governed by those laws.  Just in case you had forgotten that Kroenke was a piece of shit.

Maybe the 49ers in addition to those two. There's so little depth in back-up QBs though he could probably get a spot on any team willing to take a chance on him, which he would likely fail.

Weddle has been banged up from being a hard-hitting safety, and a 4-year deal is generous, but I know for a fact he's a pretty big upgrade in the secondary. He's like Bernard Pollard with more actual football-playing ability.
