Doncaster Rovers have signed former West Brom defender Gabriel Tamas on a deal until the end of the season.
Plymouth Argyle have signed defender Matt Parsons from Premier League side Crystal Palace on a deal until the end of the season.
Ji Dong-Won has agreed a four-year deal to join Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund in the summer - a day after leaving Sunderland for Augsburg. Some replacement for Lewandowski!
Millwall have completed the signing of Tottenham Hotspur full-back Ryan Fredericks on a 93-day loan deal. They have also signed striker DJ Campbell on loan from Blackburn Rovers for the rest of the season.
Nigeria international defender Elderson Echiejile has joined big-spending French Ligue 1 side Monaco from Portuguese club Sporting Braga.
Colchester United have completed the signing of Chelsea keeper Sam Walker on an 18-month contract.
Sunderland have signed Argentine defender Santiago Vergini on loan until the end of the season. The 25-year old centre-back plays for Uruguayan club Atletico Fenix, but he has been on loan at Argentine side Estudiantes this season.
Blackburn striker Ruben Rochina has joined La Liga side Rayo Vallecano on loan for the rest of the season with a view to a permanent transfer.
Liverpool defender Tiago Ilori has joined Spanish side Granada on loan until the end of the season.
Sunderland have signed Argentine goalkeeper Oscar Ustari until the end of the season.
Celtic midfielder Tom Rogic has joined Melbourne Victory on loan until the end of this season.
League One side Leyton Orient have signed former Barnsley striker Chris Dagnall on an 18-month deal.

Lacina Traore has been granted a work permit ahead of a proposed loan move to Everton from Monaco.
Stoke City have confirmed the signing of United States international Juan Agudelo but were forced to send him on loan to FC Utrecht after failing to obtain a work permit for the striker.

£40mil is a lot of money though and I'd trust Mourinho knows what he's doing. It's still looking pretty bleak for United, even with Mata. No Champions League this year probably means no Rooney next year and that'll leave them with an often crocked, ageing Van Persie, Welbeck (lol) and Hernandez.

Great signing for United nonetheless, brilliant player.
