No, it's just a red card for that player and a penalty. Luis Suarez did it vs. Ghana four years ago because if he didn't Uruguay would have been knocked out of the tournament.

Benaglio was awesone for me on FM one year (11?), so I have a bit of a soft spot for him. Very good save.
