Honestly as much as I want to be gutted about England's earliest World Cup exit ever, I can't help but feel massively pleased for Costa Rica. To say they deserve it is an understatement. Depending on who they get in the next round I could see them making at least the Quarter Finals, hell, the way this tournament's been going I'm getting to the point where I'm frightened to make a prediction on who goes in/stays out
