But no, when there were football stories going on in South America, he used to dial in to my old department where we'd record his radio dispatches. And because it was overnight we had a couple of conversations. All that aside, he is generally very good.

Yeah, I like Vickery, knows his stuff and interesting to listen to. Was odd actually seeing him for the first time during this World Cup on the BBC rather than just listening to him, doesn't look how I'd expect, oddly.

I'd be alright with the Ivory Coast hulking up, though Colombia basically qualifying with a win here would probably be the best scenario for Japan.

EDIT: Wait no a draw would give them more outs I suppose depending on how they do vs. Greece...
