Newcastle make five changes as Shola Ameobi gets a rare start up front.
Manchester City make 10 changes from Sunday's defeat at Chelsea - but still field 11 internationals.
Newcastle XI: Krul; Debuchy, Williamson, Yanga-Mbiwa, Haidara; Sissoko, Tiote, Anita, Gouffran; Shola Ameobi, Cisse.
Man City XI: Pantilimon, Richards, Boyata, Lescott, Kolarov, Rodwell, Garcia, Navas, Milner, Jovetic, Dzeko

Actually not a bad side. Don't expect much, but these 'b team' games always have that element of uncertainty if no one wants to take responsibility. Hopefully Cisse might have a random swingy game where they go in.

Actually not going tonight for the first home game in yonks, was meant to be in London til late but sacked it off due to 'the great storm' Monday, and decided against getting shit seats on the door. I'd say its warmer watching at home but my boilers still fucked...

Edit: Hey, we've got 7 internationals there too! And Anita and Gouffran would be if they were from loser countries like Jovetic. :shifty:

Edit edit: 8 in fact, Anitas got more caps than Dedryck 'one cap in 2010' Boyata...

Barring that soft booking for Tiote, nowt then? :shifty:

Can't think of anything contentious, City just haven't turned up yet. Cisse and Anita both should've scored. Micah Richards is still a beast going forward though.
