Rush keepers!

What's everyones thoughts on why matches between the top clubs keep turning into one sided drubbings?

My guess is because it's so competitive this season that teams can't afford to go for a draw when they go behind, they feel they have to go and try to win it, leading to counter attacking opportunities and once you go 2-3 down heads drop and the other team are high on confidence and thus a thrashing occurs.

Things like Oxlaide-Chamberlain forgetting he isn't q goalkeeper don't help though

Also teams aren't quite as focused on defending anymore.

Fulham had a couple of decent opportunities.

See it being typical Fulham - 0-0 at half time, 2 to 3-0 by the end.

Not a bad prediction.

Bizarre day this has been, what's next?

Also, Suarez & Sturridge have now scored more between them this season than the entire team from nearly every other side in the division. Only Chelsea, City and Arsenal have scored more as a team than those two have on their own.

If it wasn't for Amorebieta's stupid antics, it would probably have ended up that way. The 5-0-type scoreline was sadly inevitable once we went down to 10.

Quite looking forward to MOTD, even if we'll quite rightly be last on. Next week Andre Marriner reacts to a Szczesny save by sending off Mertesacker.

Russell Brand is a pundit on MOTD tonight... :crying:
