The Barclays Premier League Thread 2013/14

Despite the 2 back to back losses, I'm not overly worried. We play all the top 7 or 8 sides at home now, sans United. Plus, this season has been crazy so who knows what the hell will happen next.

BR needs to convince FSG to buy this January tho, if they want to increase their chances of a Top 4 finish. We could use a winger big time, a full back, and a pacey central mid (although this won't happen). The lack of depth needs to be addressed. Aspas and Alberto can't handle the physicality of this league, although I believe Alberto will be able to adapt with time.

Yup, the push on Anita blatantly ignored by 'that fucking useless linesman' was far more of a foul than that that led to the goal. Just waiting to see if the analysis actually mention it as much as the 14 replays of the Williamson handball against 9 men from Boxing Day.

Do we really need the GOAL DECISION SYSTEM! to tell us a header onto the bar and back out isn't a goal?

You overestimate the intelligence of the average football fan.

They seem to be doing alright at home. They beat Chelsea didn't they? But yesterday they were so bad. They set up to do what every team does at WHL and just park the bus, which usually works, but once we got one goal their plan went out the window.
