Poor performances all round really. No real knowledge of how best to deploy the talent we have. Too many luxury players, too many poor players.

We need to spend, but we also need to pick up some points in the Xmas period. However, our squad lacks the depth required, so I worry. We play Hull at Hull next, before home games against Sunderland and West Ham - here's hoping we can pick 6 points up against them.
