My schedule, combined with the amount of time it takes to do anything in the GM Connected mode, means that it will be very rare for me to be able to actually get on and do anything.

I haven't bothered adjusting my lines or scanning for trades/FAs entirely because of the menu lag. I didn't even know Hejduk was out for 7 games until my lines were all changed up against the Coyotes.

Ruki, I declined your trade request. Although I want to give away Hamrlik, I don't really want the player your offering and I am looking for a winger or goaltender.

I just had a minor heart attack - I was in the final minute of my game against San Jose, and I am winning 4-2. I am forechecking with Ovie, and BAM - I get hit by a San Jose player and "Ovechkin is slow to get up". He isn't hurt - I might have quit if he was.

Oops, slipped a bit this week, sorry. Just advanced the schedule. Alhough with each bullshit lopsided defeat, I lose a little more itnerest. Lost to Anaheim 5-2 at home. It seemed whereas I can do nothing but skate forwards if I'm going at full tilt, they have no ill effect whatsoever. So I'm unable to poke check, keep the puck, shoot or pass unless I'm crawling along, which leads to them getting a million breakaways and never losing the puck in the zone because I can't keep up if I want to be able to do anything other than skate.

I played somebody yesterday who just spammed the shit out of the poke check. Most annoying thing ever.
