8am here is 10pm there, I come on just before 8am to check but then, apparently, it's already done

We only ever play at 10. We wait until 10 to start for maximum number of people. I don't think we ever really played earlier. Maybe once, but we always play multiple games, so there's always been a game going on starting around 10.
