I recall liking Invader Zim when I was younger but being really let down when I rewatched it a few years back. Like Freakazoid, it has aged very badly.

It never really had anything going for it, to me anyway, besides its weirdness. Like, it wasn't funny, just strange. Not that there's any problem with that, but it's treated as a comedy.

Freakazoid! is okay as long as you sorta' skip the references that date the show, like the random Bill Clinton references. But yeah, Zim rating higher than Phineas and Ferb is rather depressing. P&F is far more intelligent than you'd expect... then again, so are all the current Disney Channel shows, so...
