If you don't feel like paying the pittance required for the THQ Bundle, apparently you can get a free copy of Metro 2033 by liking this page on Facebook. It says THQDemos but apparently it's the full game. I got the Bundle though so I can't verify. Might be of use to someone, I have a code I can give someone if need be...

It gives you a code to use through the installer but apparently it redeems on Steam so if anyone should want it...

I just did that with almost all of my games since my new Computer arrived. Ended up at about 200-250gb (not sure how much windows eats into that). On my Mac partition it´s another 50 i think.

I hope most of these games get big picture controller support build in from now on. This will most defensively Carie me over until next gen console will drop from their likely very much insane opening prices.

In European Law it was ruled this year that you have a right to sell your software, no matter if you bought it physically or as a download even if the EULA sais you can´t. So they and every other digital distributor pretty much have to implement a system sooner or later.

In the US it is different i think. Often they just sell you the license to use a software which you can´t resell. That is not possible by EU Law.

Right now it´s more of a "nice guy valve" move. Expect armies of lawyers by other big companys to be ready to try anything to stop this when the next lawsuit is about "how do i sell my digital only copy of sim city without selling my whole origne acount, that can´t be lawfull either right?". There are shittons of money in you having to buy digital downloads instead of used items on ebay n such.

So now Ace of Spades is available on Steam and it looks quite a bit better. It also seems as if there are classes now, similar to TF2.

Not too sure how people will feel about paying for it after having it free for so long but I never remembered it like this :P
