I wouldn't say have to hit the corners if you go for power (how many of Alan Shearers were just pounded down the middle), but if you're placing it like Ramsey you don't place it within reach of the keeper. Surely we've got a better option?

Speaking of that game, Honduras picked up two of the softest red cards that I've ever seen.

In fact the referee was far too card happy in that game, presumably because once he sent off the first guy for a nothing second foul he had to book everyone else.
