Went down to Hyde Park to watch tonight's action, atmosphere was amazing for Mo's win. Lost my voice screaming him on... it was worth it.

Modern pentathlon and handball are the two events that I now love. Gotta love an event based around the skills needed by a 19th century soldier caught behind enemy lines.

Also, I could watch Denise Lewis dance around in a tight dress all day long.

We could reach 30 golds with realistic chances in the two boxing finals and in the women's modern pentathlon. Two of those three would be a brilliant end to the Olympics.

It would also be great if Scott Overall could somehow win the marathon though it's unlikely. Mainly it would be great so that we could get the headline "Overall victory for Britain"

Stephen Kiprotich wins Uganda's first Olympic gold medal since John Akii-Bua won the men's 400m hurdles at the 1972 Munich Games and is literally rendered speechless. Lovely scenes.
