Matt
Lyth should have played in the Windies matches, at county level he is fantastic but the pressure of coming in and playing against the in form kiwis and then the ashes has been too much for him. He will be England opening batsman for years to come once he comes good. The thing is though you can't really drop him because there's no good alternative at the moment. Dan
Eh, he's almost 28 years old and has shown nothing really so far (aside from one good score against NZ) to make me think he'll be around by the winter nevermind for years to come. Chris2K
If your car has Long Wave it's on Radio 4, 198 LW to be exact. Bairstow just got out but I'm not sure that's enough to swing the day out of England's favour.
DNB
Well, that went well! Even with Bairstow getting out England are 200+ ahead with plenty of time to bat! Fantastic work!
Matt
Heeeee's only a poor little Aussie bastard, their batsmen are all tattered and torn, we sent out Broady and now they're all out so that can't sing anymore. Fair play to Broad but still, the Yorkshire lad is coming good once again. Joe Root is the best cricketer on the planet right now

Plubby
Kevin who?Yes because your top order was great and it was definitely not Joe Root being the sole contributing batsman and the bowlers playing magnificently. Yes sirree bob. Let's no do an 05 and knight everyone just because you won England have won the ashes.@Plubby *holds self and rocks back and forth* At least we won a game >_< Watch us win the next test, and then watch our media push the (ridiculous) notion that it was a "close" 3-2 series coming into the next Ashes. Ace
Michael Clarke has announced he's retiring after the Ashes.Damn. I'm going to miss Pup It felt like he was just going through a lean phase, but someone needs to fall on the sword for this, and Clarke's the one taking the hit. Admin Lineker Posted August 14, 2015 Admin Report Share Posted August 14, 2015 Steve Smith will become Australia's Test captain after the Ashes following Michael Clarke's decision to retire at the end of the series.

Chris2K
If anyone wants to know what I hate about modern cricket, this test match defines it. It's currently 917 for 11 after 3 and a half days.
