Not technically but almost certainly. To go down, QPR and Wigan both need to win and Bolton need to overturn 17 goals in goal difference.

Mathematically no, but it would need Bolton to turn round a goal difference of 16 between the two, QPR to win at City and Wigan to get at least a point from one of their two games.
