It's the "Sports Dire..." after the Newcastle fans hauled parts of the signs down at the reserve match last night. And then went into town and smashed up a Sports Direct shop.

Damn good reason why I no longer go to reserve games or cheap local friendlies. Say what you like about Premiership ticket prices but it keeps the fucking riffraff out.

I think most reserve games are behind closed doors anyway, this only reinforces that decision. Actually almost went last night but really glad I didn't bother, first hand accounts I've heard say it wasn't as bad as being reported though. Two cardboard signs pulled down and some twats being twats.

Between that and Darlo in the Summer though I'm looking less forward to the day I take my kids to the cheap games that used to be ideal first matches. No way I'm giving up my amazing seat to move to the family enclosure...
