You should pick Villa, because of our connection. I have a Browns/Villa scarf and everything.

Things were great and we were pushing on but we've fallen back a bit now.. But we're one of the most successful clubs in the country and were once Champions of Europe.

And fuck you, Stoker. Why not? :(

Soccer AM thought that they had booked Shaun Goater for this mornings show:

They actually discovered yesterday that they had booked Shaun Williamson, aka Barry off of Eastenders:

They're pretending that he's the Goat regardless though and asking him about his favourite City moments - hilarity ensued.

Summ: I just don't like the squad any more. I mean it's now even more of a lost cause since Carew moved on (:shifty:), but in general it's got the likes of Jenas, Hutton, Ireland, Bent, Heskey, etc... Do Not Like.

Plus I didn't/don't really care much for Houllier or McLeish.

A group of Blackburn Rovers fans have announced further protests against boss Steve Kean and the club's owners.

Organisers say they will not stop demonstrating until Kean is sacked and the club is run "in the way it deserves".

Protests are planned during Saturday's fixture at Stoke City, and the home match with Swansea on 3 December.

The fans outlined their stance in a strongly-worded letter to Venky's, the owners of the club.

Supporters said they were angry at Venky's management, Kean's handling of team affairs and the fact he was this week handed a revised contract with a reported pay rise.

Blackburn are 19th in the Premier League with one win and seven points from 12 matches. Since Kean took over from Sam Allardyce in December 2010, he has overseen six wins in 33 league games.

In the letter, supporters tell the Rao family behind the Venky's poultry and pharmaceutical firm: "The path that has been taken during your 12-month tenure has affected fans and their families in ways that you probably will not be able to imagine.

"We fear the fans' patience and enthusiasm for their club is at a breaking point.

"All we ask is that you take great care and consideration in your future decisions and maintain Blackburn Rovers' long history of honour and tradition."

As well as demonstrating at the Stoke match, the group of fans are printing thousands of yellow T-shirts bearing the slogan "100% Rovers, 0% Venky's and Kean" which they hope fellow supporters will wear to the Swansea game.

A mass walkout during that match is also planned.

Organisers Glen Mullan and Simon Littler said: "These protests will be the most intense since they started nearly three months ago as the supporters continue their efforts to try to save the club from ruin."

I still can't get over that when I went up for Blackburn v Chelsea, with signs banned in the stadium (hence the 'Steve Kean Out' plane) and the club generally trying to keep a lid on the fans' rebellious mood, they played a video set to 'Uprising' by Muse twice during half-time.

I mean seriously. It's like the least appropriate song the club could possibly have used. The lack of self-awareness was mind-blowing.

van der Vaart missing for us as well as Modric who was taken ill last night and sent home this morning. And it's quite amazing that Radek Cerny is still, or was ever, an EPL player!
