Fulham are again without Pavel Pogrebnyak through injury but Danny Murphy does return after missing Saturday's win over Bolton through illness. Chelsea make six changes from the side that beat Wigan on Saturday, with John Terry, Jon Obi Mikel, Frank Lampard, Ramires, Fernando Torres and Saloman Kalou all starting in place of David Luiz, Michael Essien, Florent Malouda. Juan Mata, Didier Drogba and Daniel Sturridge.
