A defeat that can be traced right back to switching Skrtel to the left side of defence to accomodate Lord Scouse. The logical choice was to start Coates in his natural position on the left, and keep Skrtel on the right side of a well balanced defence that has one of the best defensive records in the league this season - but once again fear and sentimentality take over, and in comes Carragher.

If he wasn't local, he'd be in the Championship right now.

Balotelli entrusted to be a striker without Aguero on? Well, I never. Should be excellent though, unless he gets a red card after ten minutes ¬_¬. Really hoping that City and Tottenham get the wins this weekend, I've been hoping for Tottenham in second place and Arsenal stamped on that last week :(.

Chelsea have begun an investigation after a smoke grenade went off at the club's Surrey training ground.

Players and officials from the Blues' reserve, youth and academy teams had to evacuate the building in Cobham because of thick smoke, according to reports.

"I can confirm an investigation is under way. It is an internal matter," a Chelsea spokesman said.

The club did not give any details about the investigation, or if any players were suspected of involvement.

There have been two other incidents at the training ground in the past 13 months.

In December 2011 it was reported that cleaning staff discovered a knife in a dressing room at the complex, although this was believed to have belonged to a building contractor on the site.

And in February 2011, Chelsea defender Ashley Cole accidentally shot and wounded a work experience student with an air rifle at the training ground.

It is believed Cole did not know the rifle was loaded and that he also apologised to the student, who did not require hospital treatment.

For those interested, I have plucked for Chelsea/WBA, Man City/Bolton, and Stoke/Norwich on my three-screen set-up for work...

Blame Scouse genetics for him being an ugly troll.

Cunt <_<

Game sums up our season. Should have won but can't score to save our lives, Downing and Adam are fucking awful, Kelly should have scored, Carragher is completely past it and Dalglish leaving it way to late to bring on Bellamy and Carroll. Any glimmer of hope of fourth is gone out the window, can't even rely on other teams fucking up now. Basically just gotta finish as high as we can and hopefully win a cup double. Do not have the creativity or the finishing to be a top 4 team. Agger was missed badly. Fair play to Van Persie though there is a reason why he is a world class striker with the finishing and the amount of goals he gets.

This.

Every time Carragher appears and is chosen to play in defense it's worrying.
