TEW05 Classic Update: 1989 (Unfinished)

We started this at the end of last year in an attempt to make a running series of databases covering each year similar to the EWR databases (but better) and it was going well until our lack of knowledge started getting in the way so we are releasing the 1989 data with what we have finished and will come back to it in time but we are going to start working in an area we both know a bit better, the late 90’s.
