Guest Mr. Potato Head
I don't care about Hamill in the slightest so I'm pulling for Tito.
IzzyX
I hope Tito gets punched so hard the fucker becomes deaf and has to suffer like those deaf people he made fun of. And then after he gets punched, I hope he goes apeshit on Hamill for the win...because Tito needs it more.
ROZAY
I'm trying to get into UFC more, so if anyone could help me with a few questions I would greatly appreciate it. Anyone know what time this starts, and about when the Lesnar fight will be on? Also, are there any undercard bouts worth checking out, or does the whole card look to be pretty good? The event starts at 9 EST on Spike TV, with the PPV portion starting an hour later. UFC usually tries to start the main event fights around midnight EST, but that's not a hard-and-fast rule. The whole card looks pretty good...this isn't like boxing where the undercard is a bunch of nobodies, you've got Jake Shields who could be in line for a title shot if he wins, Tito Ortiz who is one of the most successful fighters in UFC history, and Gabriel Gonzaga whose only losses have been to the best of the best. Plus UFC normally tries to fit in the most exciting of the "dark matches" by showing them during breaks in the PPV, so you're guaranteed to see the best action.
ROZAY
Thanks man, appreciate it. I'll probably flip between the baseball game and the pre-show to get an idea about things.

TheRossWalker
This has already gone four minutes longer than I thought it would. Easily Schaub's round though, ten more seconds and it would have been over.
Gene Kiniski
Was that Big John I saw earlier?
TheRossWalker
Yep. I was pleasantly surprised. I know he did Versus 2 (I think), but I wasn't expecting it.
Guest Mr. Potato Head
It's the state that assigns referees, and John's licensed in California so UFC will probably use him whenever they're in that state.

Powerhart
That whole series of counters, Diego trying to mount Thiago then Thiago rolling him over with his legs and then Diego hitting that takedown. Just fucking great.
Powerhart
No way Shields deserves a shot after that.
TheRossWalker
Shields/Fitch? Would probably mean at least 6 months off for the winner of GSP/Kos, but I doubt Jake gets his shot straight away after that performance, and if Fitch wins, Dana might finally give him another shot.
