And so it turns out baseball is the sport HTTK and I can agree on.

The man is speaking the truth, the blame is heavily on Selig for letting the steroids get completely out of control. The policies are still incredibly flimsy and wouldn't come close to matching the crime if it weren't for the incredible public persecution users face when they are outed.
