Couple of alright games earlier until we came up against a few teams using the toe drag glitch to full effect. One game we won on a shootout, I put us up in the first couple of minutes with a one-timer off Dragsy's pass, then they went ahead 2-1 and I tied it up in the third with a fierce slapshot. Then comes the shootout and I net the only goal to give us the W

Sorry for my fellow NHL EWB'ers, but my router decided to cock up, so only just got the net back literally this second. Alas and alack, I'm going away for five days at the end of this week also, so pah.

So, PS3 team, what's your record so far? The 360 squad is something like 18-37-2, rank 100, division 110. Ish.

I only played in the first two games, but in all, the PS3 team have a record of 6-6-2, Division 15, Rank 63

5 game losing streak.

We keep on coming up against losers who have to resort to using the cheap toe drag shot, it's ridiculous. We lost 7-5 to a team (well, we won by default because their connection dropped) and 6 of them were the toe drag and with computer defenders it's difficult to defend against.

Yeah I'm not a big fan of it but if they decide to use it then I'm going right back at them with one of my own. It's too easy to score those goals.

Yeah or a slapshot from just inside the blue line to the top right.

I managed to pull one off earlier for the first time but it wasn't really cheap because the goalie wasn't being screened by any of his defensemen at the blue line

I'm more of a Batista fan myself.

I like that in my franchise as Nashville, my first line could be Havlat - Legwand - Sullivan. For now Arnott is the center there, but putting Legwand on the top line instead would give me probably the fastest line in the NHL. Also, I scored goals with Ville Koistonen and Greg De Vries in my last game.

I was struggling to scores goals for a while there so I switched Blake and Kulemin around resulting in my second line (Steen/Stajan/Kulemin) exploding for 3 goals in the third to win 5-2.

Me and Dragsy just played another team from Britain, we had probably our best performance offensively with 48 shots. Unfortunately none of them went in and we won in a shootout after the game finished 0-0 with one of our computer guys getting the only goal
