I picked this game up at Christmas and barely played it until now.

Fuck me I'm hooked, I'm flying through the main quest now and just got past Tranquility Lane, which was one of the best gaming experiences ever, so surreal.

They've announced a GOTY version which might include some of the DLCs. The DLCs were announced as X-Box and PC exclusive, though, so losers who bought it for the PS3 might be shit out of luck.

Except its already been confirmed its coming out on PS3 too.

I know this. But it's speculative as to what will be in the GOTY pack. Don't be surprised if it only includes Anchorage, maybe The Pitt. Porting them over to the PS3 is work to be done, and if they thought they'd sell, they'd have done each DLC in the first place.

I was asking about the DLC as I already have Fallout 3, they said the first one would be out in June but now the first update in July and still no sign.

I'm pretty sure the Game of the Year edition comes with all 5 DLC packs. Yes I know there's only 4, but another one is supposed to come out by the time the Game of the Year edition releases.

No idea on the PS3 dates for the PSN though.

Anchorage, The Pitt, Broken Steel, Point Lookout, and Mothership Zeta are the 5 official DLCs, and then there's New Vegas.

I think it is a standalone game but using the same engine and rules etc.

More a Fallout 3.5

Man, I had no idea what New Vegas was until I read this thread and looked it up on the Fallout wiki. Even the tiny blurbs about it on there make me excited for it.

New Reno/Vegas has me in a state of stasis, and if it does somehow bring to life the colour of New Reno from number 2, then god will I lose the will to play anything else.
