That American Show Like Ultraman

Does anybody remember a TV show that was about superheroes kind of like Ultraman? It used to air on YTV, and the main hero guy reminds me of Ultraman and the Guyver sort of. I think the guy used to go down some sort of tubing and come out and get all suited up or whatever in this red and white thing. It was really ninja-ish.

I remember watching the show myself..couldn't remember what it was called at first. I could only remember that Matthew Lawrence starred in it
