There's way too much going on. You should leave the middle cut as it is, and fade all of the others into the background more.

Also, I'd avoid so many face shots of him in the background, replacing the three of them with action shots of Punk.

By and large, you've got a great background with great text, and a great style on the cuts, but some of the cuts themselves ruin it.

I'd give it a 7.
