I do not see what's wrong with that being Two-Face's look. It's faithful to the comics while still looking pretty realistic of some horrible burn victims. Seriously, google "burn victim" and see some of the shit that turns up that looks like that.

I know it is, and I know they want realism, and I know it's faithful, but that doesn't stop it looking like a cartoon character :P

Whereas The Joker looks perfectly normal...? :P

It's down to the shading, they're all going to look cartoonish, but Joker is shaded well with make-up, that Two-Face doesn't look deep enough.

Might need to chop down the quote tree soon, but...

At first, I thought your "cartoony" comment was sarcasm. It seems I was wrong. I don't think it looks cartoony in the slightest. I don't know how they would handle it better if they were going for a more "realistic" look.

I used hyperbole, it's not THAT bad, I just don't think the shading looks right on his makeup, it really does make everything (especially his eye) look like a cartoon, and it'll stand out even more against dark backgrounds.

that's because it IS a cartoon. It's the initial makeup design. It will have changed greatly come come the final product.

New stuff!

It’s been an incredible last few weeks. Ever since the vicious smear campaign collapsed and Harvey Dent’s remarkable courage at the hostage crisis at Rossi’s Deli, our campaign has ridden a wave of support I have never seen in all my political life.

Our Headquarters reopened and thousands of volunteers show up here every day, every night, fighting for change. Fundraising has reached incredible heights, with over 100,000 Gotham citizens contributing their hard-earned money in support of Harvey Dent’s vow to take back Gotham.

We’ve expanded our reach, opening branches in neighborhoods that haven’t seen political campaigns take them seriously for decades. And we’ve harnessed the incredible grassroots support by sending volunteers to knock on doors throughout the city. Amazingly, we will achieve our two millionth door knock sometime in between now and Election Day.

Harvey Dent has committed himself to lead the charge to take back our city, face down the criminal and corrupt and restore hope for our future.

Now, we need your help. We need to get out the vote!. And we need you to vote yourself. If you can’t make it to the polls, go to www.gothamelectionboard.com and find out how you can vote online. Working together, we will take back Gotham!

http://www.gothamelectionboard.com/ You can find out voting details there, and you can register there and vote online from June 9th-12th.

EDIT: Just voted, the results of the voting are going to be released on the 13th. Oooh Friday the 13th awesome.

If you know where to look, apparently some people have already seen the Dark Knight and captured some stills from the movie. Included is Two-Face. The picture I posted is very close to the finished product in the movie.
