Cowboy fans are hilarious. That team has been meaningless since the mid-90s.

And now you want to compare the 'Boys to last years Bears team? That team had a GREAT defense. Dallas has an ok defense with potential. Not even comparable.

He wasn't directly comparing them in that sense. He was saying that the Bears, a hot team last year, almost lost a game to a poor Cardinals side and still went to the Super Bowl. The Cowboys, a hot team this year, almost lost a game to a poor Bills side, but as the Bears proved last year it doesn't mean the team is bad.

If you did want to compare them, the Bears had an average & at times poor offense but a great defense. The Cowboys have an above average defense and a great offense. Why do you have to focus everything on our defense? Our offense is what's been winning us games this season, so why can't that continue?

Isn't it pretty redundant to be labelling folk as homers? Of course people are going to argue with bias over the team they support, dipshit.

Do you not understand what homer means? There's a difference between supporting your team and spewing bullshit just because it's your favorite team. Especially if said person doesn't recognize the team's limitations. For example, I'm a 49ers fan but I don't blindly think that they're going to win every game and I don't think that they're the greatest team in the world. I know their limitations and realistically expect them to lose from time to time. I said I was wrong for calling your bro one so it's really a moot point. Dipshit? Oh, nice, I guess.

Except I have seen most of his snaps for the past 6-7 years. I have given him more than a fair shot over that span of time. I stated exactly what he had to do to become a good pro quarterback, and he rarely did it. The Farve comparison was stated a lot, especially during the draft. He had that gunslinger style, etc. Was a terrible draft choice, I think on draft day there were only two people shouting. Mike Golic and myself. We both stated before, during, and after the draft it was going to fail.

The Cowboys defense is NOT above average, not even close. They gave up 35 points to the Giants.

Stats-wise, it is. Your reasoning is stupid as well. The Giants have put up the 7th most points in the league, 3rd most in the NFC. Derrick Ward has been very, very good since he came in, Elisha's having a decent year and Plaxico Burress is joint first in TD catches. The Giants offense isn't bad at all.

Still, that's not an above average defense. An above average defense would've prevented the Giants from posting 400+ yards of offense. DMN's spot on; they have talent, they just haven't honed it yet. I'm sure as they grasp the system more, they'll get better though.

Well, saw this loss coming, but Tony's certainly has peformed well against one of the best defenses in the league, showing that last week's 5 INT game was a fluke, and that the Cowboys are still the best team in the NFC

So? There isn't an NFC team that could win the Superbowl. I just want us to get out of the first round of the playoffs and I'll be happy.

Is there a reason why no one calls the Pats on running up the score? Keeping Brady in while you're up by 2 TDs, and going for it on 4th down when there's 19 seconds left? Classy organization right there.

I'm happy that the Pats have found some killer instinct. They've been doing this since the whole Camera incident, just destroying teams, kicking them while they're down and stepping on their throats. Is it wrong to run up the score? Not in my book, if they defense can't stop you, then keep scoring.

I have to say that I'm very impressed with Adrian Peterson right now, and worried at the same time. Worried because he's in the same division as my time.

Anyway, I think he's going to be great in the long run, he had a hell of a performance tonight. The dude is strong, and quick when running, and doesn't go down easy. He'll be fun to watch over the course of his career, even if some his great games may come at my the expense of my happiness.
