If Leftwich getting released or traded is true, then the Atlanta Falcons have found a way to salvage their season. I think Leftwich would be a good fit there and be able to make sure the team can actually compete. They do have Warrick Dunn and Crumpler, and a good defence. Adding a good quarterback could save the season.

And you can't replace JP Losman. He is the biggest playa in the AFC, bagging all that fine Buffalo pussy.

I could also see Dallas being interested, as we're only carrying 2 QBs in right now and one of them is Brad Johnson, although hopefully we sign Matt Moore.

I'd say Atlanta is most likely to take him. Joey Harrington isn't someone you want to have starting without a backup QB who can take over if/when he screws up and Chris Redman isn't that guy and Shockley is injured. Plus people in Atlanta want a african american QB

You're right about Detroit, they need a quality back up behind Jon Kitna. I'm not so sure J.T. O'Sullivan or Dan Orlovsky will be able to win ball games if Kitna goes down. I wouldn't mind landing Byron for the year just as an insurance policy for Kitna.

I am going plausible with everything except the bolded. Cleveland at nine wins? Washington ahead of Philly?

I'd also question the Packers doing so well and the Chiefs & Cards doing so poorly. The only explanation for his Browns prediction is that he's extremely biased

They've got the same underperforming types of wide recievers, they're less talented at running back and their defense is no where near as good as Jacksonville. So basically he'd be stuck using the patented Michael Vick Dump-To-Crumpler, which since Leftwich isn't a scrambler, will also be pretty ineffective

Saints and Colts are knotted up at 10. Wow, it's amazing how much of the Colts season may teeter on how healthy their one running back stays. Though, the rookie backup may not be the death knell he was thought to be.

And God, I'm so happy I can watch a Saints game where I know the offense's won't be 50% of the time the QB trying to scramble every other play.

Well I did finally get to sit down and watch the game. I started watching when the Colts blew it wide open. Good to see Wayne and Addai, 2 guys on my fantasy teams (different leagues) put up some big numbers.
