Yeah, the only way I could see it working is if the game included an unknown number of generic peasants or had something built into the game to discourage gimmick posting/roleclaiming, which would kind of defeat the fun of a Princess Bride game anyway. But I'd given it some serious thought before, but I can't think of how it'd play out in practice.
