Got to look at the development videos for JC2, the game looks like a HUGE improvement.

Downloading the Just Cause 2 demo right now.. it's 1.08GB which might take a bit on my connection, but either way I'm pumped to play it. I enjoyed the first one.. when it came out. Popped it in a while ago and I'm underwhelmed at how it had aged, but it was still playable in my opinion.

It is, the grappling hook is now amazing. Getting chased by a baddie, and then grappling him out of the driver seat and to the car while watching it drive over a cliff is win.

Hell, I'd be happy if the walking animation is changed from "I just shit in my pants" to something, anything else.

Just in case anyone is wondering, you have a tutorial area and once you base jump away from it.. there's a 30 minute demo timer.

I just blew up a bioplant. That was awesome. Although can't figure out how to hang off of vehicles.

Hooked a statue to a car, got in the car, drove the car, pulled the statue down. Awesome.

Man, every time I try a carsurf chase, my ride usually stops before I can blow out any tires, or hook another vehicle to something.
