by the way, word on the street is that is that Sean Avery made some reference to George Laraque's race, and I'm betting it wasn't about the french part. Laraque apparently wasn't a Sean Avery fan to begin with, and this likely isn't going to help anything.

That hit on Lindros was an elbow, sure, but then Domi comes in with a cross check to the face about 8 miles from the puck. If Tie Domi is going to come off the bench everytime one his teammates gets a small bruise on thier head, he's going to be getting a lot of misconducts.

And it's funny that some of the media cronies say that that Tucker hit was despicable and had no place in the game, but when the Flames defensemen (Warrener, I believe) did the same thing during the playoffs, no one mentioned it and everyone on EWB said it was clean.

You're overblowing the situation, as usual. Whenever any Leaf gets a bodycheck you want to the NHL to send out suspensions. If they weren't all britle old men who really shouldn't still be alive, you wouldn't feel the need to cry and whine for a suspension whenever one of them went down.

I'm a happy man after that game. I have McCabe, Lindros, Tucker and O'Neill on my Fantasy team, along with Belfour.

Now, I can't say anything about the Thrashers - Leafs game "cheap shots" and all that, because I don't have Leafs TV and only read about the game. It's funny that John Ferguson got into an argument with Thrasher's coach Hartley though.
