Oh yes, back again for our third go round!  And everyone is still here, because the doors remain locked at all times!  Last season gave us our first glimpse at how we did in our initial draft, and I did not like it.   Pooker, on the other hand, probably felt great because he won the league.  As a reward, I've used this picture of Reggie Bush in an ugly 49ers uniform as the league picture this year, since I think he's a 49ers fan.   The same prize could be yours if you win and are a fan of the Saints, Lions, Dolphins, 49ers, Bills or Wendy's. Pooker rolled to victory by defeating 2022's champion Slogger, showing that dynasties don't come easy, and then Damshow because Damshow doesn't get to win fantasy football leagues on here.  I don't make the rules. 🤷‍♂️

On the other side of the rankings we have me and berober, the two people who run the leagues every year, how incredibly rude of all of you, and bringing up the rear was DMN, who as of this writing, still needs to think of a name.  No one had more rookies on their team last year than him, a risky gamble that didn't pay off in 2023, but still might be a boon in the future.  Do you know who had the least amount of rookies on their roster?   Pooker.   So to recap, most rookies= last place, no rookies= first place.

Speaking of rookies, thanks to the power of color coding spreadsheets, we're back to getting 3 years of service time out of them at their draft position.  Invest in the future today!  Unless you want to win this year, if so history says don't do that.   Once more, we are without kickers or defenses, but we do still sadly use a TE spot.   Also I finally remembered to add in an extra flex slot this year so we all get to utilize more of our rosters.   You're drafting for...

I knew I was picking 5th and not again until the 5th round so I just jotted my 5 BPA and waited to see who was there and I’ll figure out the rest closer to my next turn.  Didn’t expect the #2 guy on my board to be around.

It’s still risky, damshow lost him due to a roster crunch and it’s not unfeasible the same could happen to me next year especially if the rookie value rule gets amended at any point.  But I also have an aging Kelce in my wild card and the extra flex spot to play with so screw it, I built this team in 2022 as a win now and this is like trying to cash in on the window.
