The part that says coastal requires only one side of your state touching a major body of water. Otherwise you have multiple coasts.

The OL was crap for most of the season and Judge reportedly started taking a more hands-on approach with helping to coach the group, which coincided with them playing better.  Not a great look for Colombo, and then he got pissed off at the news of Dave DeGuglielmo coming in as an assistant, so Judge simply fired him.

Can't say for certain that Colombo's a good coach when he joined the Dallas staff in 2016 and walked right into a situation where he was coaching three perennial All-Pros.  Doesn't take an Einstein.
