The no nonsense Spanish one (Lahoz) gets big appointments too, but he's not as well liked by fans. He's kind of like their version of Mike Dean.

Edit: A Google search reminds me of Turpin, who was the Europa Final ref. You see him a lot in big games too.

I don't think it should have been since the original shot was on target, but his deflection was what turned it from probable save to a goal.
