  2. I think it's even more sad that a show goes off the air after 12 seasons, and since it's on ABC no one cares.
  3. Marilyn Manson caught a great riff with Beautiful People. Unfortunately he's been using it ever since. I never liked him, and I highly doubt this song's going to change that.
  4. Excellent ratings new, Scrubs did a 5.1 last night, up from last week's 5.0, while Father of the Pride did a 6.1, which was almost a freefall from the show's 7.0 debut last week. Father of the Pride is tanking, and Scrubs is getting stronger. This is awesome news, and hopefully Scrubs will eventually inherit the 9pm slot.
  5. I'm seeing a suspicious amount of great movies in very low positions. I'm hoping that the top movies aren't new millenium trash.
  6. Awesome to see both Todd and Dr Murphy again. I noticed they were missing Snoop Dogg Intern when they were choosing interns for rounds though. Not quite as good as the premiere, but awesome fun no less. Season 4 is starting on a definite high note.
  7. He was probably talking about this one. You can view the trailer here.
  8. Liar Liar sucked. Matrix Revolutions being Top 100 is bleh. But as far as popularity contest lists go, that group of 10 isn't bad.
  9. Jimmy Stewart is by head and shoulders the best actor of all time, but a completely respectable top 5. Better than most of these lists.
  10. Passion of the Christ is the only movie of those I have on my all time Top 100. Well, maybe Training Day, I'm not keeping score. It's a popularity contest though, so I'm keeping my expectations low.
  11. You honestly think more people have seen Rollerball than Leon or Godzilla? ←
  12. Jimmy Stewart and Gregory Peck, the two greatest actors of all time, didn't meet the top 10?!? I hate you all. Well, those of you who didn't include them I hate.
  13. I'm still holding out hope for Jimmy Stewart as 1, but on a list that slots Keanu Reeves about Steve McQueen, I'm having my doubts.
  14. Last night's episode scored a 5.0 rating, which lost 30% of its Father of the Pride lead in. Some people are blaming Scrubs, but I blame the fact that it takes a valiant effort to get through an entire episode of Father of the Pride. NBC should have given Scrubs the 9:00pm slot. I just hope that the disaster that is Father of the Pride doesn't alienate the entire Scrubs audience.
  15. Yeah, the first person I talked to after watching the episode said it sucked, and I honestly still don't get his reasoning. Nothing really dragged like the previous season debuts, and there were a couple MASSIVE laughs. This is easily the best season premiere so far for Scrubs, perhaps even better than the pilot. One hell of a show considering that neither Doug nor Todd appeared. Best Line: Carla: (After Turk runs off like to meet JD) Maybe someday he'll love me like that.
  16. I think what's most impressive about this show is not only how good the writing for the main characters is, but how good the supporting characters are. I can't think of a character that isn't hilarious: Todd, Doug, Ted, Randall (aka Crotch Punching Midget), Snoop Dogg Intern... I remember an amazing moment from last season when Kelso was proving the JD that Cox disagrees with everything he says just for the sake of disagreeing: Kelso: It's hot as hell around here. Cox: Freezing. Kelso: The coffee is delicious today. Cox: Rat piss. Kelso: Dr Murphy is an incompetent suck up. Cox: Actually Bob, Dr Murphy is one of the most talented young doctors I've ever had the priveledge to work with. *They both walk off, leaving the interns behind. JD turns to see an exuberant Doug holding the phone.* JD: What are you doing? Doug: I'm calling my dad! Gold, I tells ya. ****SPOILERS**** For those who dug Tom Cavenaugh as JD's brother, he'll be back on the show in October. Julianna Margulies will appear as an attorney in an upcoming episode. ****SPOILERS****
