  1. "Washington Team: Football" would at least sort out the acronym confusion.
  2. Shambolic performance, Kane injured, lose to a rival at home, what a wonderful night.
  3. I am stunned that Sam Allardyce wasn't the man to save West Brom's season. If only someone, anyone could have predicted that at the time of his hiring.
  4. That's some silky stuff from Ndombele. It seems easier to score when you're already winning.
  5. If a fresh Kane, Son and Ndombele plus Bale can't get this done in 90 minutes we don't deserve to get through. Or Harry Winks. He'll do.
  6. Even though we're level now I'm expecting Wycombe to do us over in the second half.
  7. I'm expecting him to be in charge of Newcastle, Sheffield United or Fulham by the end of February.
  8. I may have to start having a begrudging respect for Tom Brady now.
  9. I turned on just as Foden volleyed the equaliser, then thought I'd keep watching in case it went to ET. Sorry .
  10. Finished Hitman 3 levels 5 and 6 (the last two) now:
  11. I'm judging it on it saying "Mission Stories 2/3" or "Mission Stories 0/3" at the level screen, if there's more then great.
  12. I have to admit, I'm not exactly thrilled with Hitman 3. Spoilers for it below.
  13. Speaking of that, the new-gen console versions will be updating all the legacy (H1 and H2) levels with the updated graphics and mechanics of the S3 levels. It will make Victor Novikov walking down that Parisian staircase for the 1000th time look even nicer.
  14. I can't wait for Hitman 3 on Wednesday. Just found out that bringing over your progression from Hitman 2 (and anything done for Hitman 1) is optional, so whilst the vast majority of people will be carrying on, a mad man like me is going to choose to wipe everything and do it all over again.
  15. I really enjoyed both episodes, both tonally and the story itself. The little glimpses of creepiness really stand out due to the sitcom setting. There seems to be some negativity online, mainly from people who want everything handed to them on a plate right away and don't want to invest themselves in something they already know the answers to. I think it's some kind of generational thing. Double spoilers below, first for the episodes, second for a theory.
  16. I've just completed Fallen Order and the story is really strong, particularly if you're a Star Wars fan going in. What irritated me the most is the amount of creatures there were. I don't remember a part in any of the films where Luke spends two hours cutting down the same three types of monster before the plot moves forward.
  17. A Hitman-style Bounty Hunter game, based on Boba or Mando preferably, would be something I would love. By "Hitman-style" I mean both in terms of gameplay and the contracts mode to allow a never-ending source of replayability. I'm looking forward to Lego Skywalker Saga, I would prefer it to be more like the original Lego Star Wars game but fitting 9 films into that style would have been difficult.
  18. Well I picked a bad 24 hours not to be up to date with NBA stuff. I sure hope the Nets are able to score 140 points every game, because they have no defense to speak of. The Cavs have got a very good player in Allen for very little, I don't even know why the Nets were even putting him into the mix. Wall and Oladipo make for an exciting back court in Houston, but it's the picks that could make them contenders fairly soon.
  19. The vice-president of the players association everyone. No idea how anyone ever though that was a good idea. I think the Nets are fairly decent without him, and Dinwiddie. Harris provides a great deep threat, I've always rated Jarrett Allen and KD can probably run the point. If all else fails, bring the coach in to play PG.

I wondered if the podcast would branch in to previous series. I may join you in doing a re-watch.
  21. Scott Parker is complaining about it, but I'm struggling to find much sympathy. These postponements are taking place because players are not being as strict with adhering to the guidelines as they need to be. If Spurs had to postpone or even forfeit a game because of Lo Celso, Lamela and Reguillon's New Year's party idiocy then the blame is on them and anyone else that attended, not the league.
