In surprising news, NBA League Pass will only be $100 for the whole season, down 60% from last year's price. I cancelled it last month as it was something I simply couldn't afford to pay $250 for, but I'll probably re-sign up now once it's available.

Just a question out of curiosity, what kind of financial incentive to developers get for their games being on Game Pass? It crossed my mind yesterday as I've clocked in huge hours on PowerWash Simulator and now Lawn Mower Simulator, but they seem to be from smaller studios and as I've got them on Game Pass I haven't actually bought the game. It made me a feel a bit guilty that I was only paying Microsoft for access to the game.

The LIV players' lawsuit against the PGA Tour isn't going well. The three players on the suit who were hoping to be allowed to play in the Fed-Ex Cup (because they qualified for it) have been told to do one, with the judge saying their claims that them being banned is causing them "irreparable harm" are nonsense because they're literally being paid more to play for LIV. Also, "irreparable harm"? Probably not the best choice of words given the money source.

This obsession continues, to the point I've had dreams about it, and in real life I am looking at things like mossy roofs and thinking "that needs a power wash".

I can't stop playing PowerWash Simulator, and I don't even understand why I like it so much.
