Every card has a number of fights for each of the four stats, once the card has gone past 5, 10, 15 fights in which it has used that stat you get a small permanent bonus for card. It's the same for the special move for that card. If you want a perfect pro you need to get both cards to the maximum level on all four stats and the special move before pro-ing them.

I don't know why I keep reading about it when it makes me feel sick every time, but here's a quote from the girl involved in the Adam Johnson case: "He asked me when I was 16."

That was my biggest annoyance, that and whoever it was who said they didn't know any Denver Nuggets players because they didn't watch bad teams. It may have been Kevin Hart, but if it was one of the other guys then why should I listen to their analysis on anything? They did have a point about Barton's entrance though, that was a lot of make-up application for ten seconds of dancing.

I'm playing 8 games every 2 hours for energy and getting the Epic HBK, I can actually win on +5s whilst training my Bryan and Stardust but I'm +3ing to guarantee a win.

Pretty fun night, bit disappointed in some of the attitudes of the big guys not even trying in the Skills Challenge when I'm sure there are plenty of guys who would have wanted their spot, and I was completely confused by the commentators burying people left, right and centre during dunk contest. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Is he in prison yet? For a very long time? I feel like he should be in prison by now, what with pleading guilty to this disgusting crime and everything. I don't understand the technicalities of law, I would just like him to be imprisoned as soon as possible.

PCCs always annoy me because the reward is judged on what everyone does, not just the effort you put in yourself. No matter how hard we all try we would never finish in the top 500 because we're not the sort of people who spend huge amounts of money to get extra points, as well as those that have hacks and bots etc. to do the work for them. I've always said they need to tier reward PCC events to give more people a chance at getting a useful card, once you hit Legendary there's no point in taking part because at the moment the chance of getting a helpful card (i.e. Survivor) is so minimal.

Far too many for me to even bother trying. Might go for the Epic Michaels if it's on the Flair side, if I can't be bothered I'll have a weekend off.

In news which may only be pertinent to me, Liam Dawson has been called up to the England World T20 squad. I played youth cricket with him for five-six years (he once broke my toe with a yorker during a net session) and his father did the roof of my kitchen extension.

Well done guys for getting the Epic Bryan, sorry I couldn't contribute more. I didn't get through the QFs of my last KOTR and only ended with an Epic Warrior which isn't a pro for me, due to lack of access I went 1-7 to start my next KOTR and have given up on doing well in that one. I added my Leg Pro Sheamus to the team and that seems to have pushed me up a step too far. And Ace do you really think it's a good idea bragging about your new team's success whilst the team you left behind are struggling?

I'm just finished top of the standings of a KOTR but I'm at work so I can't do anything with my energy levels. Hopefully I can scrape through the Quarter Finals to get another Legendary.

I was under the impression that they had got rid of 3MBing (or number equivalents) a long time ago, obviously it didn't work as well as they'd thought.

Well it starts at 8 tonight so I'll have 4 hours tonight, then sleep, then work tomorrow, then badminton match in the evening, then sleep, then work Wednesday, then badminton Wednesday evening, so my play time for the event will be... 4 Hours.
