What's Mario Party like for those of us with nobody to play local multiplayer with? Is the online play worth trying?

Finally completed Spider-Man to vaguely 100% (I've stopped after getting the final suit) and I can't say enough about how good it is. Can't wait for the three DLC packs to come out so I can play it a bit more, and hopefully the post-credits scenes are leading to a full game sequel soon enough, it's not like they have to fix anything with the game engine.

Meh, Gina is just a walking Karma Houdini to me, and to be honest if one of the cast is in restricted episodes I would choose her.

She's suing the organisers for the following reasons: She believes the marshals should have warned that a ball was coming as spectators would not have heard shouts of 'fore' from the tee. She says the marshals did not communicate that players were attempting to drive for the green instead of laying up on the fairway. She claims officials did not check on her or visit her after she was taken to hospital. She alleges there was a lack of safety warnings on the ticket and signage around the venue. I can understand the first one, but knowing where a golf ball is going isn't easy at the best of times. The second one is absurd, the marshals aren't going to know what any specific player is going to do with their drive. The organisers are already contradicting the third and fourth ones with proof they did both, and even if there's a "lack of safety warnings", it's a golf course with golf being played on it. I have a lot of sympathy for her because of the life-changing injury she's suffered, but I can't see it as anything other than a freak, unfortunate accident. If anything does come of the lawsuit then it's going to have a huge impact of the sport because courses simply won't take the financial risk of allowing spectators anywhere near the fairways or greens, and attendances will plummet.

I have to say I've turned a corner on James Acaster, he's been the highlight of the series so far in pretty much every episode. Meanwhile Rhod Gilbert is really pushing it with recycling the same jokes every week. I don't know if anyone's picked up on the fact that he and Greg have been friends for a long time as he doesn't mention it much.

Dropped down to World Class and it is such a chore for so few points in Squad Battles. But if I'm losing 6-2 on Legendary I guess I don't really have a choice.

I've had two, the first a shot that was obviously on target but deflected in, and the second from a corner where the guy on the line tried to head it out but couldn't. Both given as own goals, and if the second one wasn't on target then the defender must be around eight feet tall.

It seems literally any goal with a deflection or last touch from the opposition is being classed as an own goal
