No post-credit scene/announcement as expected so I guess we just wait and see. I also wonder if we'll see a second Champions series after a tenth series if it moves channel, it would almost seem like a new timeline for the show.

I'm on such an easy setting there's no such thing as a ball, everything is in the strike zone. It has to be a timing thing, although I wish I knew why it was checking my swing when I'm going for it. I'm also willing to bet that impatience is a major factor

I'm on the easiest setting and I can't hit a fucking thing. As a result I have just thrown my controller across the room. I'm not sure I should keep playing.

Jesus Christ. They're going to flame out horribly the second they work on anything without incredible source material. Ah, the "mothers and NFL players" demographic that the advertisers are so keen to target.

I can't speak highly enough of Super Mario Odyssey, it's so incredibly good. Also already mentioned are Smash Bros and Ultimate Alliance which are both great, and of course there's Mario Kart.

In sadder news, Randy Couture felt funny whilst working out, walked himself to hospital, and is now in intensive care as it was a heart attack. Just to clarify, he had a damn heart attack and WALKED TO HOSPITAL. He is expected to make a full recovery.

Well beating Kyrie Irving and some other guys the Nets by one point in OT away from home is a hell of a dramatic way to start the season.

As a guess I would say it's come about due to laziness, and the replacement of game testing by game patching.

I watched an OutsideXBox Let's Play of the start of career mode and was embarrassed by how bad the quality is, particularly the hair rendering which seems to act independently of the person it's attached to. It's baffling how far it has regressed, you could be excused for thinking they're holding steady until the next gen consoles but even 2K21 is going to be on PS4/XBone.

These Dolphins players are trying really hard not to lose this game. They are so getting fined tomorrow. Ahh, the 2 point conversion "attempt". Genius. That... um... didn't look very subtle.

After all of Scotland RFU's bitching and threats of legal action, the fact the game got played and they're losing is just brilliant.

I had such great hopes for the new GRID game, but it's really disappointing. There are good points, the AI seems fairly good and the driving feels smooth, unfortunately that driving also involves a car that doesn't always go anywhere near as fast as it should do while your opposition drives normally, after a start that bogs down no matter how many revs you have. The online races even have some cars starting 2-5 seconds before the rest of the field. In addition to that it somehow has half the amount of cars and tracks as its most recent PS3 game, and graphics to match.

Qualifying already postponed from tomorrow, and I don't see it very likely that it will be able to be run on Sunday morning, so the grid for the race (if that can even go ahead) will be based on the FP2 times from this morning. This would mean Kubica will finally have out-qualified Russell.

You guys are going to be so shocked when Andrew Luck walks out as the #1 pick.

Oh well, I'm just happy we made it to OT and didn't get blown out again.
