  1. England Take Out First One Day Match An unbeaten 94 by Kevin Pieterson and a brilliant 6/29 from Stuart Broad have guided England to a 23 run victory in the first One Day International against India. After Trescothick came out firing with 35, the English order collapsed (including a 2 ball duck for Hildreth on debut) with Kevin Pieterson their only shining light. India started strongly and looked to be in the drivers seat before Broad stepped forward and demolished the Indian batting attack. England lead the series 1-0 with 2 matches to play. Previous to this, England lost the Twenty20 match by 20 runs, falling short of India's 162. * Highest innings score in a Test: 4/592 dec. 2. The lowest score against is for the other team, LCS.
  3. England Win Series 1-0 Just like the 2nd test, it was England's batting that saved them from defeat in the third and final test of the series. A century from Strauss (114) and good performances from Harvey (78), Flintoff (69) and Pieterson (56) helped England fight to a draw after a strong batting performance in Indi's first innings. After originally being 2-353, India collapsed, losing the next 8 wickets, including Laxxman retiring hurt on 0, for 79 runs, with Flintoff, Hoggard, Broad (who was brought in for Harmison) and Panesar each picking up 2 with Collingwood dismissing Tendulkar for the 2nd time this series. * Highest innings score in a Test: 4/592 dec. * Highest innings score in a ODI * Lowest innings score against: 316 (India) * Lowest ODI score against * Highest individual score in a Test: 289 (Vaughan) * Highest individual ODI score * Best bowling in a Test (innings): 6/69 (Panesar) * Best bowling in a Test (match): 7/144 (Panesar) * Best bowling in an ODI * Quickest 50: Didn't take note of this sad.gif * Quickest 100: Didn't take note of this sad.gif * Most runs in a series: 596 (Vaughan at 119.20) * Most runs in the year * Most wickets in a series: 14 (Panesar at 30.43) * Most wickets in a year Now the special awards * First person to score an ODI 100 with Michael Vaughan * Highest score by the 'next' Alistair Cook (debut only): 6* (Harvey) >_> * Highest score with Monty Panesar: 9 How about stuff like highest partnership?
  4. England Hangs On For Draw In 2nd Test Another century from captain Michael Vaughan was not enough to put England in an unbeatable position in the series thanks to superb batting from India's Jadhav (132 and 112*), Tendulkar (139) and Dhoni (129). England's bowling struggled in both innings and it wasn't helped by the poor fielding of the side. Two positives were Panesar's continuous ability to take wickets and Collingwood picking up three quick wickets in the first innings of Tendulkar, Dravid and Gambhir. Unfortunately, Harvey fell one short of his first 50. England only has to get a draw in the third test to win the series. * Highest innings score in a Test: 4/592 dec. * Highest innings score in a ODI * Lowest innings score against: 316 (India) * Lowest ODI score against * Highest individual score in a Test: 289 (Vaughan) * Highest individual ODI score * Best bowling in a Test (innings): 6/69 (Panesar) * Best bowling in a Test (match): 7/144 (Panesar) * Best bowling in an ODI * Quickest 50: Didn't take note of this * Quickest 100: Didn't take note of this * Most runs in a series * Most runs in the year * Most wickets in a series * Most wickets in a year Now the special awards * First person to score an ODI 100 with Michael Vaughan * Highest score by the 'next' Alistair Cook (debut only): 6* (Harvey) >_> * Highest score with Monty Panesar: 4*
  5. England Win First Test By 10 Wickets A heroic 289 by captain Michael Vaughan has led England to victory in the first test of the three test series against India. Vaughan was well supported by Pieterson (139) and Bell (118). Meanwhile, England's bowlers also played superbly, particularly Hoggard (5-84) and Panesar (6-69). * Highest innings score in a Test: 4/592 dec. * Highest innings score in a ODI * Lowest innings score against: 316 (India) * Lowest ODI score against * Highest individual score in a Test: 289 (Vaughan) * Highest individual ODI score * Best bowling in a Test (innings): 6/69 (Panesar) * Best bowling in a Test (match): 7/144 (Panesar) * Best bowling in an ODI * Quickest 50: Didn't take note of this * Quickest 100: Didn't take note of this * Most runs in a series * Most runs in the year * Most wickets in a series * Most wickets in a year Now the special awards * First person to score an ODI 100 with Michael Vaughan * Highest score by the 'next' Alistair Cook (debut only): 6* (Harvey) >_> * Highest score with Monty Panesar

  7. It's only a fun thing, like seeing how you do compared to other people. Me and Zaz did a West Indies challenge once, which was fun, except I used to beat his attempts all the time
  8. And yet to beat a genuine contender
  9. Haven't played it in ages, but I'm up for it.
  10. You're just the second most liberal because you haven't had the chance to stuff it up yet (like the rest of us have)
  11. It was 4+ minutes for injury time and he scored it at 94:something? If anything, Spurs fans should be annoyed at how the two free kicks you scored off were the results of dives.
  12. Manly are five from five and still have Orford, Menzies and Matai to return
  13. It's only the best Australian show ever. Hell, even Kulex watches it
  14. I put my pic as my avatar too, see?

  15. Sawyer and Sayid teaming up is the most bad ass thing ever. And the promo was all kinds of wicked, so it looks as if things are gonna start getting really awesome.

We were in an e-fed together way before I'd even heard of EWB :o

  18. Indeed, it's quite interesting. I'm sure Millionaire started in the UK, as did Strictly Come Dancing. Deal Or No Deal was... Dutch? French?
  19. I cut it two Fridays ago. Now, be gone with this crap.
  20. Get this 4chan rubbish off our boards.
