I think your over exaggerating here. No one is going crazy for Reimer and saying he is carrying the Leafs to the Cup. People are just being optimistic about something Leafs related, which is nice to see when most Leafs analysts and fans are pessimistic about everything. As I said before, Reimer only needs to be league average to be an improvement over Giggy, Toskala and Raycroft.

Reimer's contract isn't Toskala getting 4.5 over 3 or 4 without playing once with the team. Reimer put up great numbers, and his cap hit is only 1.8 per year. If he does turn bad, that is am easy number for Toronto to bury in the minors.

I saw Knight and Day on Netflix yesterday. It wasn't anything special, but it was entertaining. The first 20 minutes of the movie was the best part.

The fun thing about being a Maple Leafs goaltender is that you only need to put up a .900 SP to be better then the awful Raycroft and Toskala! Reimer was very good last season. Even if he regresses a bit, this is a fair deal and I don't think he has to be a lights-out top level goaltender right now. Putting up league average numbers would be enough to help this Leafs team improve.

I love the move by Philadelphia to get the rights to Bryzgalov. Assuming they work out a deal, Bryz will be a huge upgrade in net. It will be hard to see anyone beating Philly in that division.

Aaron Rome has been suspended for 4 games. I am not sure what to make of the hit. It was definitely a late hit, but I am not sure if I would call it a blind-side hit or a head hit. It was a vicious hit, and Horton's head bounced off the ice with incredible force.

Bergeron's finger was shoved into Burrows' mouth, but there is no evidence he bit down on the fingers.

If the Jays cannot get a 3B that can hit anything, they should probably allow John MacDonald to play there full-time. Nix and Encarnacion are both dissapointing offensively. At least you get solid defence with Joey Mac playing third. I say play Mac at third until Brett Lawrie is called up. I believe they were going to bring him up now, but he got injured.

I think the Jays are looking better and better as the season goes on. It has surprised me how well they have managed with Adam Lind out of the line up. He was absolutely raking. When he returns, having him behind Bautista is the line up is going to be a big upgrade. The Jays and Orioles play the first of three tonight in Baltimore. It should be fun.

For the arm and leg submissions, you tapped buttons to fill the meter or stop your opponent from filling the meter. You couldn't just mash buttons though, because you would run out of stamina and be reversed if you did.

I do think the team can survive in Winnipeg. The area has grown, it has a strong economy, and the arena will be good once they upgrade the seating. As long as the team can get enough corporate sponsors, it should be able to break even. It does suck that the Winnipeg team will be taking Atlanta's spot in the Southeast Division for the 2011/12 season. That is going to create some travel issues.

I hate when you cannot skip cut scenes. I always watch them the first time through, but I don't care the second or third time through. I also hate shooting games like Battlefiend: Bad Company where it feels like you have to hit each enemy X amount of times as if they have a health bar.
