I hope this time, Crosby is back for good. He is arguably the best player in the league. It just felt wrong seeing him miss so much time.

What do you do with him? No way id put him in with James Neal and Malkin and risk hurting there Chemistry id honestly toss him on the 2nd line not like he needs anyone to sponge off of he can carry a Line on his Shoulders I'd watch his minutes anyways, and Malkin is having an amazing season. Put Kunitz on Crosby's wing, and the world is as it should be.

I don't think it is a bad move. Maybe Burke felt Carlyle wouldn't be available if he waited until the summer?

I kinda hope the Leafs don't grab anyone for this season. Only get picks, prospects if they can, and hopefully they can move a contract or two. Then make some moves in the offseason to actually improve the line-up.

I think Phantom Menace is infinitly better then Attack Of The Clones. AotC is nearly unwatchable.

The trend over the last few seasons has been the team struggling until this time, then going on a run late. This is the opposite.

Washington was playing their third game in four nights. Toronto should have been all over them, ceremony or not. Other teams have those ceremonies too.

I think its a good move for LA. They have been desperate for offence. Carter can play on the wing or centre, and he is good in his own end. Not a bad return for the Blue Jackets. Johnson hasn't reached his potential yet.

MLB 12 The Show looks amazing on Vita. It looks like the PS3 version with just a slight graphic downgrade, but it still has all the features like Road To The Show and cross platform functionality. If I get a Vita, it will be for MLB 12.

Toronto is getting curb stomped. Sounds like the perfect storm of bad goaltending, poor play, and turnovers against a good opponent.

My main problem is that none of the WFA guys are a challenge, but I am not close to being UFC ready.

Decent haul for Montreal. I also think its a good move for the Preds. Defence is their strength, and now its even stronger. Pair Gill with someone mobile like Ellis.

Kadri and Colborne are both knocking on the door. Kadri was only sent down last time because he was the only one who didn't need to clear waivers. Kadri has not been fast tracked, but I think he is at a point where he needs to play in the NHL. Connolly has not played that well in Toronto. He has had moments, and he just scored the OT winner tonight, but he has been very inconsistent. His offence has dried up and he is spending most of time on the third line. He is a good player defensively, but that is not what he was brought in for. The best thing about Connolly is the short term of his contract. We might make the playoffs this year, but we are not Stanley Cup contenders (barring some crazy Cinderella run like Edmonton in 06). If the Leafs can get rid of the one or two bad contracts like Komisarek or Armstrong, they would free up space for this summer. Grabbo and others need new contracts, and a few big names including Ryan Suter and Zach Parise could be UFAs. And it's hard to say that no one would take a bad contract - look at Toskala and Blake going to Anaheim.

I would prefer the Leafs add a good, reliable defensive defenceman if they add anything at the deadline. Hopefully Gunnarson can come back from injury quickly, because he is a very important player for the Leafs. If the Leafs do add a forward, it will be to add depth. I could see them move someone like Armstrong or Connelly also, freeing up a spot for Matt Frattin, Colborne or Kadri to play for the rest of the season. Any really big additions will come after the season.
