You are good. Just like my game with ApSham, you just were unlucky. Best moments of our games - you sending Ovechkin over the boards and into the Toronto bench, and you speeding down the ice with Kessel and me hip-checking him. That was sweet, because I wasn't even sure the hip check was still in the game! So, after my first 7, and I went 7-0. Had a lot of high scoring games, most of them close. I have no problem scoring, but I play such a high tempo style and Nuevrith isn't exactly Dominik Hasek. Anyways...Ovechkin ends the 7 games with 10 goals. Let's see if anyone will get close to that! If anyone is looking for a defensive upgrade, Roman Hamrlik is available...

That was the first game I've played this season that Neuvirth has looked good. If you can look up my stats, you'll see that. The difference between you and me in that game was that my pokechecks ALWAYS worked for some reason. I don't know how, but it allowed me to keep possession. You actually played really well, and there were a few moments in the first two periods where you just barely missed scoring. I even put my controller down because I thought it was in, then hurried to pick it up when I realized that my defender had scooped it off the line! So I have 6 goals now with Ovie in 4 games. Gunning for the Rocket!

So, it looks like Ap Sham is a pretty good player. We just played a good defensive contest. I seemed to get all the good bounces though, and scored two hideous goals. My first one from Ovie was a good wrister, but Ovie's second was terrible. Just bad luck. Next time, I am probably going to get crushed!

This probably goes on until NBC says "Children, you are grounded!", since the NHL can't afford to lose their TV deal with NBC and the Winter Classic. So, I think that the NHL and the NHLPA end this in the middle of November and the season starts on the 20th or so.

I mean, why does it seem like the idea of Spiller being above Jackson on the depth chart not get mentioned? Jackson is a good running back, but Spiller just seems to have a big play ability that Jackson doesn't.

Why does no one talk about CJ Spiller becoming the top back for Buffalo? This guy is just good, and he fits perfectly into Buffalo's wide open offence since he can line up anywhere on the field. Also, the Bills uniforms, over three or four seasons, have gone from hideous to awesome.

In a surprisingly close contest, I beat NJ 7-5. Ovechkin had a hat-trick and Mike Green scored two for me, but every time I would go up by two, the Devils would find a way to get it back. It was a lot of fun. Ottawa just gave me a scare. They scored two early ones, and I was frustrated. Couldn't find a way to score until late in the second. I guess the first one opened the flood gates, because I ended up scoring 6 goals in total. Anderson late in some really bad ones, including two gimmes to Mike Knuble.
