I think you guys probably just forgot to turn trades and roster management to manual in the settings.

The Devil's Lair mission was just a blast, even with two complete strangers. They either didn't have headsets or didn't feel like communicating, but it was still awesome. At the part against the walker, I had already ran into one that randomly spawned in the patrol area, so I knew to keep back and just plink away. Also discovered that the assault rifles are awesome in The Crucible. Not my favourite choice during missions, but they work perfectly in the chaos of competitive multiplayer. I'm not getting 20 kills or anything, but I my kill death ratio is floating around 1.58, which I'm happy with.

I was really thrown off by the game speed being sent to medium, but was able to overcome that and beat the Dolphins. It seems unfair throwing the ball to Gronkowski!

I've had fun, I really wish I had someone to play co-op with me.

So far I'm digging the story and setting. The controls are really tight too.

I think so. It's a well made game and I've had more fun with this years game then I've had with a football game since NFL 2K1 on the Dreamcast.

They change based on confidence too, so watch for that. I got the Browns into the playoffs, but we lost in the first round. Still, pretty pumped. In the off season, we had a decent draft but didn't get anyone who could help immediately. Got a MLB named Scruggs who has Superstar development though, so he could become good very fast. Lost a few guys to free agency but no one important. Biggest move was trading Ben Tate away to free up space. I just never liked using him. In free agency, I added Danny Woodhead, Mike Wallace, and Brian Hartline. Now Johnny has some real weapons he can use. Also replaced Hoyer with Matt Moore, but that was just to save a few bucks. Two games in, and I actually can complete some deep passes now. Woodhead seems to be a better fit for me as he is a good reciever out of the back field. Wallace, despite being rated 85 overall, is playing like an All-Pro. I had originally targeted Hakeem Nicks, but I'm glad I had to go to plan B.

The cut screen only comes up if you need to cut people. If you are already at 53, it won't come up. If you are only a few over, it will come up in week 4.

Not even being able to do that draft is the killer for me. Just such a simple thing.

Shit. NHL is usually a must buy for me. It still might be. I was excited for this, but now I feel like buying it for full price is telling EA that I am ok with less features as long as the game looks pretty. This is why competition is needed. If I want to play video game hockey in 2014, I have no other options on the PS4.

I'm willing to wait. It's probably better with more people anyway.
