I'm giving Punk better odds in this fight then I gave James Toney going into the Couture fight.

That expansion fee seems insane to me. The Wild and Blue Jackets payed $80 million in 2000, and the Jets paid $60 million for relocating to Winnipeg. $500 million is too much. Wouldn't it be better to ask for less and leave the team on a stronger footing financially? Las Vegas has a smaller TV market then most teams and a smaller population then all the Canadian teams.

Leafs got a goalie! I like the move. Moving forward, Bernier is not the guy. There is risk involved here - Andersen has put up strong numbers, but those numbers come from playing on a team that has had some fantastic seasons in front of him. The Leafs, at least this year, won't be as good. Better then last year and the year before, but not as good as the Ducks over the last few seasons.

DDP's hair in WWE 2K16 was atrocious.

The thing with Mark Hunt is that his knockout power comes with little effort. He doesn't need to load up a punch to hit a knockout punch.

Those shield demons are the worst. I usually just use a ton of explosives on them when they pop up.

I only got to play for about 2 hours last weekend, but it is just flat-out fun. I highly recommend playing with a good sound system or speakers.

I keep starting a franchise, playing a handful of games, then simulating the whole season just so I can do free agency. I've started games as the Blue Jays, Braves, Athletics, Padres, and Twins. And after I do free agency and like the way my team looks, I get tempted to start a new game as someone new. I just started a game as the Brewers. I am going to force myself to only sim one week at a time. That will still get the season to go by quickly, but hopefully I get more attached to the team and some of the players. I traded away Matt Garza and Aaron Hill for scraps, and picked up Brandon Drury from the D-Backs to be my everyday 3rd Baseman. On opening day, he hit two home runs - one left and one right - and helped me win a close on over the Giants.

Its a week later then I planned...but I finally picked up Doom. I'll be trying it out tonight, hopefully!

I would recommend going into the sliders and adjusting the Solid Contact slider up a bit. This will turn one or two of your pop ups or ground balls into line drives, and help you break out of the slump. In my game, I have a few of the sliders adjusted. I have CPU Pickoffs turned completely down (they still will throw over and occasionally get me, but i felt it was unfair before), Injuries turned down slightly, CPU Trades turned down slightly, and CPU Strike Tendency turned down 2 notches. At normal, I find that even the subpar pitchers easily pound the strike zone, making it very difficult to work the count or draw a walk without quick counts. With my settings, the good pitchers still don't walk many batters, but the bad pitchers will.

I hate getting into a slump like that. It's so hard to enjoy the game when I'm being no-hit by the Brewer's 4th starter.

I love it when you can hit home runs off of the landmarks in each stadium. I still need to hit one over the hill in center in Minute Maid Park. Last weekend I bounced a few off of the Pirates logo over the wall in center. And I've hit tons off home runs up the steps in left field in Oakland.

I hit one against the Brewers that bounced off the center fielder's head and glitched through the outfield wall to give me a home run. The wall is 400 feet out, and it said my home run went 399. The game knew what happened.

What's the longest home run you've hit in the game? Last night, I sent one 440 feet to dead centre in Camden with Miguel Sano. Usually, my home runs are line drives pulled down the foul line, so they only go 370-380 feet.

With this being a long weekend in Canada, I'm going to pick it up on Friday night. I'm really pumped to get a shotgun and start sending demons back to hell.

I don't even do the scouting myself - I have that set to auto. I think I just got lucky.

The one thing that makes those deals more palatable is that trading those huge contracts doesn't seem impossible in the game. My team lost five in a row. I made some changes, turning prospects into Mookie Betts and Jose Iglesias. I did ridiculously well in my first draft, so my system was flush with A potential guys.

I'm playing as the Braves. In free agency, I was able to outbid the Nationals and signed Strasburg to a mammoth deal that I almost instantly regretted. Still, in year one of the deal, Strasburg is a beast. Through two starts, I've already recorded 27 strikeout and only one run each start.

What is the ceiling of Cardale Jones? I'm not a college football guy at all, so I have no idea about him. Interested to see what people think of him, since I am a Bills fan.

I don't know about that. Losing JV is huge for the Raptors. I do think Toronto has better depth - I'd rather play Biyombo then Amare Stoudemire or Josh McRoberts - but Lowry and DeRozan have been so inconsistent throughout the postseason.
